Vidya Balan finds bike rides sexy

Birthday girl Vidya Balan is gung-ho about riding...bikes.In fact, learning to ride the bike is also the actress’s birthday wish. “I’m fascinated by the thought of riding across the country on a bike and it sets my adrenaline rushing,” shares Vidya, who hopes “to take some time off to pursue it soon.”

“There’s something very powerful and sexy in riding a bike,” she says, admitting that it’ll be a real challenge for her. Vidya who is known to be quite simple at heart admits that it is a quiet celebration with family and friends. “I’ve been so busy the past few months that I’ve hardly spent any time with my family. I’m not complaining, but I did miss home. So, all I want to do is take a few days off and chill,” says the actress.

“It’s been a rewarding year and I hope the coming year is equally so,” adds Vidya, who’salso excited about playing godmother to her best friend’s tiny tot. “I think nothing gives you as much joy as children do,” she says. And as if sensing our next question, she’s quick to add, “Now don’t get any wrong ideas! There’s no marriage or kid talk happening in my life anytime soon,” she smiles.
