The hot Salina Wali Khan, a Delhi based model seems to have taken a leaf out of wannabe actress Poonam Pandey’s books, who made headlines by saying that she would parade nude if the Indian Cricket team wins the world cup. Following the footsteps of Pandey, Khan has stated that she would dance naked if the Indian government does not pass Anna Hazare’s version of the Lokpal Bill.
Talking to a tabloid, Khan clarified her stance and said, “My decision is not for gaining publicity. I am not like other models, who make controversial claims for grabbing eyeballs. I am not doing it to be famous but for the common people.”
The model has also accused Delhi Police of failing to do its duties.
"Delhi police did not take action on my complaint. I am a victim," she said.
Explaining how corruption is deep rooted in India, Salina said, "Today a person can get a passport on fake documents by bribing the government official. But the person who is in need and is genuine is running form pillar to post. You can`t get your work done without paying a bribe."
She expressed her solidarity with Anna by saying, "Is he fasting for himself? No! That is why he is getting support from everyone. He has managed to attract people from all religions, caste, creed etc. So, I am supporting him."
