Nethra Raghuraman wins Khatron Ke Khiladi-Fear Factor

Nethra Raghuraman who had been consistently doing a good job in Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi was the winner of the “Khatron Ke Khiladi” beating formidable opponent Urvashi Sharma. In the final Mahapariksha round, there were three contenders, Nethra Raghuraman, Urvashi Sharma and Aditi Gowatriker Aditi Gowatriker lost the first round in the “Aagam-bhag” round where the contestants had to brave fire to reach a target. The fearless match was now open to Urvashi Sharma vs Nethra Raghuraman. The last final dare was about driving a car into the space of the back of a speeding truck. One of the partners had to drive it without using a steering wheel, just holding the gear and accelerator with the leg. The other partner had to hold the steering wheel and guide the car into the back of the truck. The opponents would be on top of the truck and their job was to hurl things like tyres and drums to stall the car from reaching the truck. Both the players played well, but ultimately, Nethra Raghuraman beat Urvashi Sharmi by 2 and a half seconds.

Incidentally, Urvashi Sharma got the maximum number of safety bands in the Khatron Ke Khiladi show while Nethra got the least.

1. Vidya Malavde: Vidya Malavde, the poorest performer in Khatron Ke Khiladi, was a complete contrast to her role of a “never say die” goal keeper of Chak De India. She complained many times about her inability to do this and that, and was finally ousted from the show. Vidya was eliminated in episode 4 but was not invited in episode8 when others who disqualified were reinstated.
2. Sonali Kulkarni: Sonali Kulkarni was the first to be eliminated, but was reinstated in episode 8. Though she was eliminated later, she lightened up the atmosphere with her dares and chirpy laughter
3. Anita Hasannandani: Anita Hassanandani was eliminated in the treasure hunt episode. Though she would be scared with most of the attempts, she made a sincere attempt to fight her fears
4. Dippanita Sharma: Dippanita Sharma backed out of a stunt and was eliminated. To top it, she even blamed her fellow officer. Definitely, not cool!
5. Tupur Chatterjee and Tapur Chatterjee: Both sisters were eliminated because they complained about vertigo problems
6. Meghna Naidu: one of the boldest babes, Meghna Naidu had an unfortunate exit because she injured herself in a cycle stunt. Poor Sonali Kulkarni was faced with a crucial decision to remove one among Pooja Bedi, Yana Gupta and Meghna Naidu. She chose the last one.
7. Anjana Sukhani was eliminated in the Zinda Ya Murda stunt.
8. Yana Gupta: Yana Gupta, the coolest person was amazing with all her stunts and looked like she would win the Fear Factor competition. However Yana Gupta lost out on the jet skying stunt, due to bad listening skills. Or was it Akshay’s fault?
9. Pooja Bedi: Pooja Bedi won everyone’s hearts with her dedication and her ability to take initiatives. Though she lost being on the final, courtesy today’s episode ‘Roll Baby Roll” she was a happy semi-finalist
10. Aditi Gowatriker: Aditi Gowatrikar has made it to the finals of the Khatron Ke Khiladi. Watch this space for more.
